The spindle can rotate 180 degree(±90 degree), can make multi-kinds of surface which we can design with powermill mastercam Software etc

We use top quality components for the machines, likeHSD spindle, Syntec EZ-4M control system, Delta Inverter, Yaskawa servo motors, and separate control box, Hiwin PMI linear and so on, to keep the machine in best condition even after many years working.

Yaskawa servo can make high resolution high torque high precision lower fault .

With hard steel structure, all steel structure welding then heattreatment to reduce itself rigidity to make sure longlife uselife no deformed .then use 5 sides milling center to mill square guide railway to make sure high precsion so it is fit for hard wood working, like cutting and engraving on Rosewood for furniture, indoor decoration. cast molding making , carbon material mold making , fiberglass mold making , plastic mold making , EPS mold making , 3d foam making , non-metal 3d model making .
